1992 Johnson 48HP SPL Model # J48ESLENB Tilt/Trim issue:
My problem is with the tilt/trim. It goes up with no problems from both the switch on the throttle handle and on the motor. The down sometimes does not work, sometimes if I hold the down button for about 30 seconds it kicks in and goes down from both the throttle switch and engine switch. I have switched the relays but the down still preforms the same.
