Installed new VRO-PUMP/ COIL

Installed new VRO-PUMP/ COIL PACK / POWER PACK . Changed fuel lines .Installed Oil Tank ( for fuel/oil mixture). The Engine runs like a bear out of the water. But when we place the whaler in the river the engine dies and will not get over 2500rpm we cannot use the whaler. Does anybody have any answeres THANK YOU SGTYURICK @ AOL.COM
 
Check compression. Check to m

Check compression. Check to make sure there is spark at both cylinders. Check to make sure the timing advances.
