Hey everyone, I've had my '03 25hp 2 stroke just over three years and it's been a great motor, easy to start and runs like a top. Thre last time I took it out it started to bog down under wide open throttle, give the fuel ball a squeeze and it would come back to life. I've got the teardown manual and got the gasket/ rebuild kit. Pulled the carb, it was very clean but the diaphragm in the fuel pump was bubbling, this was the only visible issue. I've been back inside of it two more times since then sans can't seem to figure out why it won't start. I have spark, fuel in the bowl, and good compression. When I pulled the plugs after trying to start it for a few minutes they were quite wet with fuel. I've checked every box I know of and I'm stumped. Is there something I'm missing?
