1995 Johnson 200 OceanRunner

Just picked up a Johnson 200 Ocean Runner with VRO tank, there are black and red wires coming off the top of the tank. I assume they are for the sending unit/level sensor. Where do they connected to, can not locate it in the Seloc Manual.
