I have a Yamaha C90TLRX. I am the original owner. Under normal operating conditions, the motor "moves" and I have to adjust the tilt/trim. After a few minutes it might move again thus requiring another adjustment. Mind you these "moves" aren't a whole lot, but are noticeable. I recently had the tilt/trim assembly rebuilt. Sitting in the yard, I can run the tilt/trim till the motor is all the way up and leave it for a day or so, and it stays right in place. My question is the slight moving of the motor while running on the water and having to adjust the tilt/trim ... is that normal? Will this get worse over time?
Tilt/trim rebuild is still under warranty, but as anyone knows its a b***h to get off and on.
