1. On the carb on this model, is piece 25 a special tool?
2. Also, is this mixture screw one that is hidden behind a removable plug or do you have to drill out the cover over it to get to it?

When I looked at it a few weeks ago while doing the ignition tuneup it isn't visible, so I'm thinking it is one of those that is hidden from view.
He wants a carb rebuild and it's a 41 mile drive for me so I have to know if I need to take my dremel tool.
3. Is this by chance that same adjustment tool in the kit?
