I have a 2012 90hp mercury efi outboard that is sporadically acts up. The engine will sometimes feel like all cylinders aren't running when I excellerate off the the get go. It will vibrate and when I give it more gas it gets worse and sounds off a beep . Then if I turn it off it will start right up and then slowly get back to normal. What could be causing this?
