With the Mercontrol in neutral how do I tell looking at the engine when the throttle is in idle position. I do not have the old cable and I’m trying adjust the new cable but I’m not sure where my idle position is for the throttle. As the throttle changes I see the dis. Turning but not sure where to use as neutral position for the throttle. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
