Ive been seeing different ranges on these and it confusing,, I have a 2002 M115A2 on a 22ft pontoon whats the currect prop size or something that will get me close..

You must use trial and error. You need a tachometer. More oitch slows the motor. Start around 12 pitch. You may have to down to 10 to get proper WOT RPM.

So have a 13.75x15 prop getting 4600 rpms which which direction do I need to go to get 5200-5700 rpms also thinking of going from a 3 blade to a 4

Less pitch is more RPM. Maybe 300 or 400 RPM per inch. Diameter is irrelevant. Changing to 4 blades means going even less pitch.
