I have a 2018 Mercury 150L EFI 4-Stroke engine on a pontoon and the marina dropped it the lake last weekend. The motor was winterized in the Fall. When I took it out from the launch the and got up to full throttle it would only go ‘half speed’. Normally it can go about 30 MPH put it hit 16 MPH at full throttle. When I parked the boat at my dock I noticed there was a spill/leak trail of either gas or oil (water had a rainbow cloud). Any thoughts of what could be causing the issue? Spark Plugs seem tight but I did not remove them to check for a crack or if they are foul. I did take a video of the engine running (cover off) if that would be helpful.
