I just purchased this Crownline 5.7 GSI and it only revs to 4000 rpm. Very sluggish and beeps constantly while driving. I got the codes out and it had code 14, 22 and 23. I tried to clear the codes. 14 and 22 are gone but 23 still comes up? Took it to the lake again and same poor performance. Checked the codes again and still just 23. Not sure the even pertains to the throttle body injection system??
