Is a yamaha 25hp 4 stroke out drive interchangable with a 25 hp 2 stroke outdrive? Will any modifying be required? Also, will a 2013 25 hp 4 stroke fit my 2000 4 stroke? I was told I could get a long shaft outdrive and cut 5 inches off of shaft(mig or tig weld it back). Will that work for my 2000 short shaft? Ant help is appreciated..
