That motor has an alternator, so does not have an exciter.

Interesting.. the part is missing, and the manual i found shows an exciter. there are loose wires, 2 kill switch, 3 from under the flywheel.red,black blue. also push on connector on the coil wire is missing. do all these connect to alternator? 3H8060710M Pulser Coil?
