Spark Plug Torque

Can anyone tell me what the torque specification is for the spark plugs in a 305 CU IN GM V8 (5.0L)?

Not loose, not to tight but tight.
But of course if you really need to know

180 lbs/inch
15 lbs/ft

Snug plus a flat. (There's six flat sides to a hex nut.)

The spark plugs are Tapered fit, not flat with washer.
