ID my engine from soft plug

Trying to identify what Mercury I have. Supposedly it is a 1993 8hp.
The only number I can find is one on the freeze plug on the head. B163206

I have discovered the same and found a manual. Thanks
Now to get it running smoothly and get out on the lake.
