Please help identify remote throttle control box

Hi folks. I recently purchased a used 14' aluminum boat with a 25HP 2 stroke Nissan outboard. The boat came with remote steering and a throttle control box. The original label on the throttle control box is pretty much missing, but thought someone might be able to identify it. I'm pretty sure the motor year is 2004, and the boat is a Springbok Alcan, maybe late 90s.

Tohatsu/Nissan OBs use standard Morse cables for throttle and shift. The only thing OEM-required is wiring. That looks like an old Merc box.
