Tohatsu 40 two stroke losing prime

My Tohatsu 40 horse is losing fuel prime after running . Once you have eliminated fuel line and bulb is there anything in motor that would cause this ?
 
after shutting down and fishing the bulb has to be pumped up for it to stay running . Sometimes you can pump it once are twice and will stay running other times you have to pump it to keep it running. Never a problem when first crank up at boat launch seems to get worse as day goes on . Never have had to pump bulb before always cranks and runs fine
