2014 Yamaha F250 whining noise with ignition on, engine off

Hi Guys,

Looking for some help with a whining/humming/ buzzing sound with my ignition on, engine not running. It does not stop after a few seconds like a fuel pump would. It is coming from the top/front of the engine. Any help would be appreciated.
