The shield around wastegate/turbo

Hi.
Anyone know the part number or name of the silver shield wrapped around turbo&wastegate? mercruiser 1,7 dti.

It have crumbled away. So I removed it and cleaned the turbo, sprayed it with coppergrease and cleaned the wastegate arm so that it doesnt get stuck. So now I need the turbo-shield part number 889340, a cheap one

I doubt you will find a 'cheap one' with a mercruiser logo on the box (or cummins for that matter).

I would think if there is a truck exhaust shop in your area, they could make a suitable replacement and save you a good amount...another alternative would be a shop that rebuilds injectors - if they don't do blankets, they should be able to refer you...

Did u read the description ? It is universal fit ...fits all turbos
