I understand this is a forum for engines, but I don't know where to go for help except here. Suggestions would be appreciated.
I have purchased what I think are most of the parts I need to get my 69 Chrysler 105 HP motor up and running (I'll do the carbs last as I hope to fix the other issues first) one thing I could use is an owners manual for a Chrysler 15 foot boat. It sure it seems silly to most, but this is the first boat I've ever owned and I don't exactly know what and where everything is supposed to be on and in the boat. I have a fair idea what is what for the major installations, motor control, steering, battery to motor wiring, but I do seem to have a small pump? in the stern well that I think might be a fuel pump?, bilge pump, or?, and I believe that the initial wiring has been somewhat less than perfectly maintained. I would like to know what the round metal fitting in the bow near the windshield is, a horn base?, light base?, silly I know but here I sit doing social distancing and unable to go to my local shops for help. I have been unable to locate photo's of my exact model on the web, some show a horn in the middle of the bow area, some show it mounted to the port side, (where I have about a .75 inch hole in the deck). I hope everyone is safe as my wife and I are here in Nampa Idaho.
