1990 smokercraft floor replacement

Hi all, I got a 1990 smokercraft inland guide that I picked up last summer and the floor is rotten in places and needing replaced. Wondering what to do about the console and live well. The floor was obviously put in first then the console and live well were put in on top of the floor and riveted to the side of the hull. So I'm wondering if someone has any tricks or advice on how to replace the floor without removing them or do they have to be removed and re-riveted back in place, which I have no experience with. As well what's the easiest way I can upload some pictures off my phone to the thread? Thanks in advance for any help.

Some people just glass a new piece of close fitting plywood over the old. Most small boat builders do a good job on the hull and a poor fiberglassing job on the floors. If you pour expanding foam under the floor, it gives a lot of floor support and an makes area that can't flood even if you gouge the hull on a rock.
