Morning. I want to buy a 2020 Mercury or Tohatsu 20 hp having tiller controls,but want to convert to Remote throttle and steering on my pontoon which has a 9.9 Evinrude with remote.
I have a new remote control assembly for a 9.9 Mercury quicksilver #42805A including a commander 2000 side mount control.
Do you know if this assembly will fit the 20 hp's that I mentioned above?;.
,or if even possible to use the present Evinude controls having a center mount control.
