20 amp breaker blowing on 2006 5.0 mercruiser

I have a 2006 5.0 Mercruiser I/O and there is a breaker “pack” near the top back of the engine that has 3 in it. The middle breaker keeps blowing. Sometimes it will blow while trying to start the engine, and sometimes it will run 1 minute and other times 1 hr. Anybody have a clue what I have going on?
 
Do you have any other wiring connected to the ign circuit.
If your a throttle body fuel system remove the flame arrestor and check the wiring for the injectors, chafing there will blow that fuse also
