1993 OMC Cobra 5.8 Liter Fuel Injected Need help with why starts and then dies

I've drained old fuel and got a new fuel filter. Same problem still happening. Will start immediately, but then after 30 seconds dies and then won't restart and behaves like it is flooded. Any help greatly appreciated, my manual isn't helping with this problem.
 
I have a OMC 5.0 doing the same. Ran great for around 45 minuets then died while idling, tried to restart and sounded flooded or like timing was off. Let cool down and it started lazily then died after 5 seconds and kicked back like timing off, but cranked over fine. Tank was cleaned out, new fuel filter. Boat had sat for many many years.
