Mercruiser 6.2L 350HP bravo 3 - Non DTS - Wont start after shut down during underway

Hi,
during cruising , a rope twist and swivel on propellers, engine was shut down ( in Forward position).
after take of the rope, reset the battery , take the control back to N position - TPS fault appear and no able start the engine.

notice that i cant shift F only R.

please advise what can be done release it back to N?

*propellers turn only one way..its seen the drive ok only stuck F..

If you actually got the engine to stop at cruise from an entanglement you most likely have drive damage, possible water up the exaust hydro-lock
