Took bass boat out yesterday, went into reverse and backed off trailer just fine. drove to spot and fished for an hour or so got ready to leave tried to put in reverse and
shifter wouldnt go past neutral, goes into forward just fine but only back to neutral wont go past neutral to get in reverse. Took cowl off and unhook cable the cable moves fine but the shift lever will not move to engage reverse goes into forward just fine and back to neutral.
