Remote to Tiller Conversion 2011 Tohatsu MFS20C w/ Electric Start

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to convert my console steer to a tiller. I'm new to this and I'm having trouble on finding out which parts I need to convert to tiller steering.

Is it possible to set up a gear shifter, electric starter with key, and throttle in place of the steering system and throttle control box?

In most cases, it's cheaper to sell the old motor and buy what you need, but it can be done as you ask.
These is no kit, but you can buy parts from any dealer.
You could keep the RC box, and just install a tiller. That would give you key start and throttle/shift, and just steer with the tiller.
