Need new complete lower unit for verado pro 300. Will all V6 verado lowers fit?

I bought a boat with a missing lower unit. its a 2016 verado pro 300 on a heavy 25' pontoon. trying to find a used lower unit and wondering if all V6 verado lower units are the same. That is if someone has a 2008 v6 200 verado will that work on my motor. I went to Mercury's parts diagram and the confused me even more. Should I be looking for a 880686T13 1.85:1 or a 88068T54 1.75:1? I have a 20" shaft on the motor. I believe the 1:75 is for bass boats but want to make sure on that. Any help is appreciated.

It looks like that came out around 2011. So I should be looking for a 2011+ year replacement 200-300hp with 5.44 gears at 1.85:1. Does that sound correct?
 
If i were to find a good deal on a 4.8 would not having the larger gears be a deal breaker in you opinion? Is there a way to determine the gear size on the lower other than disassembly? To verify though, any v6 verado lower will fit my 2016 verado 300. Correct? thanks in advance
