2000 Johnson 60hp power trim

From handle the power trim UP doesnt work but the down does and it also works directly from the motor up and down! What could this be? Thanks!
 
Either a bad PTT switch at the controls OR a bad connection in the Blue (UP) wire. Check to see that the blue wire at the switch has a 12v reading when the switch is in the UP position.
