Hello All.... A dumb question (but there are no dumb questions....) The "air jet" on the top of the Carburetor....should there be an open passage from the "screwdriver slot" into the lower portion? Seems like there should be....but I have been soaking it for a day or so now and no passage is visible. Thanks!
