Volvo Penta MID 128 error code helps me

Good morning my friend I am new here, I have a Volvo Penta D4 -300A-C, I am from Brazil and it is very difficult to find information here .. rectify this engine recently as it has locked a fuel injector and ended up cracking the piston, as soon as I installed the engine, after 10 minutes an error started to appear, this error could help me .. sorry for the english

This is a diesel engine, you will get better response if you post in the Volvo Diesel engine forum, which is further down the main page.
