Black max 135hp running 3 cylinders

Hi, my Black max is only running 1,3,6 cylinders I moved coils around and its still not running on those same 3 cylinders? Process of elimination please?

Are you sure it is not 1 , 3 , 5 ??-----Sounds like a bad switch box for 2, 4 , 6 on the other side.

Could have dropped that side due to bad stator.....

Right, check stator output using diagnostic manual. The easiest free manual is provided on line by CDI Electronics. http://www.cdielectronics.com/troubleshootingguide/

Just swap the stator leads(red/blue) from outside switchbox to inner switchbox and inner to outer..if problem swaps sides its a stator
