Tilt and Trim Sending ?

2002 Honda 130 HP
Bought it already on boat. I want to add a tilt and trim gauge on the dash. How does the motor send the signal to the gauge ?
Where does it connect to on the motor?
 
90% sure the sender is already there and all the wiring is in place. look for three unused wires under the gauges. light green, light blue and white/black.
