Recommendations for Fuel Tank After Sitting

Looking for recommendations prior to getting my boat back in the water.
I live in the Houston area, Summer of 2018 I had entire manifold/carb, VRO, and lower
unit rebuild performed. ('96 Evinrude 150) 2nd time out, had water in fuel.
Shop drained, flushed, etc, returned it to me virtually empty.
Life happened.
Fast Forward.....Feb 2020, ready to get it running again and back in the water
in preparation for sale.

My main concern is the length of time it has set with empty tank.
Looking for suggestions on products/additives I should put in the tank prior to filling,
to help head off potential problems stemming from the situation I have pretty much put
myself in to!!

Inspect the inside of the tank, If it's clean just flush with a little fresh fuel

If there is gunge from allowing old fuel to stay in there and evaporate clean with an alkaline degreaser, Rinse drain and dry thoroughly.

If it's rusty in there you have two options. De-rust then coat with a suitable fuel tank restoring product, or replace with a new tank
