Hi All friend


i am wondering if some of my friend guide me how to change the impeller and carburetor on my 50hp Mercery thunderbolt ignition Outboard motor

Serial Number for motor is : 7134221

really appreciate if i can get some help or Video.

Nice video. I always check float bowl for any deflection and reface as needed, especially if it has been apart before. Gloves are recommended when using harsh cleaners, especially when your hands are beat up like mine. This guy is very good....nice information.
 
That carb is a little different than yours since yours has the fuel pump integrated into it. Make sure you buy the gaskets and diaphragms to do a complete carb rebuild.
