Is this a high pressure flexible fuel line?

The shop installed a barbed fuel inlet hose fitting on the electric fuel pump that is too small for the hose and I need to switch it out for the proper size. The issue is it hits the engine mount bolts and I can't get a full rotation out of it, so the only option is to just undo the pump bracket. The problem is both the high and low pressure pumps are bolted to the same bracket from what I can tell, so I'm just checking to see that this orange line is a flexible line allowing me to just unholy the pumps and move the pump over just enough for me to give the fitting enough room to spin so I can remove it.

This is the line for the fuel rail, not the one attached to the pump. I only took a pic of this hose because you can see it easily.
