Mid 90's Yamaha 40 2 Stroke carb help

I'm having trouble setting the float height on my Yamaha 40 (2 Stroke, 2 Cylinder). Does anyone have the factory specs on this? I'm also interested in knowing what year this motor is. All of the decals are missing and I can't seem to find anything with a date on it. Thanks.

Look on the block for a round decal that has some numbers on it. What are they?

Float height is 15mm. Plus or mine 1 mm.
