Suzuki DT7 Outboard

Hi All!

I recently picked up an old Suzuki DT7 outboard motor. The serial number is 12072. I can’t seem to find any information on these at all. I am currently refurbishing it and would love some more info.

Does anyone know anything about these motors or could direct me to someone who does?
 
Hi there, Suzuki never made a 7hp, they only made 6 & 7,5hp 2-strokes ... the 7,5hp was only made between '77 & '79 ... also the serial should be longer, can you perhaps post pics then I can try and help you, I know alot about suzuki 2-strokes but I need more info.
