Evening everyone
looking for some education about the differences between the Yamaha power tilt and the power tilt/trim feature. I noticed that one outboard will have a P code and the other will have a T code so there must be a substantial difference between the two. I had an old 70s Johnson with power tilt only a long time ago and it was only good for low speed operation and couldn’t handle trimming during operation
just wondering if this is similar in nature?
If I helps I’m looking at mid 90’s used 40 hps for a repower project
