Two Honda 250 questions - anode replacements, and what Shop manual to buy?

So, 2013 Honda 250, bought new, now at 850 hours. Going to do valve clearance check and adjustment along with my normal yearly maintenance.

Was considering, while I was at it, to replace all the internal anodes.

So, along with the anodes:

and

[h=2]12155-ZY3-000[/h]
I was wondering if you often have to replace the bolts

[h=1]SCREW, PAN (5X16)[/h][h=2]93500-05016-4J[/h]
and

[h=1]SCREW, PAN (5X20)[/h][h=2]93500-05020-4J[/h][FONT=&quot]by Honda

as well as the sealing washers

[h=1]WASHER, SEALING (22MM)[/h][h=2]12171-ZY3-305[/h]
and most importantly the Sealing Bolts

[h=1]BOLT, SEALING (22MM)[/h][h=2]12164-ZY3-000[/h]

I'm not concerned with spending the money on the small stuff, but those sealing bolts are $11 each and I'd need six of them. Are these wear items or usually not an issue?

Final question - what shop manual (link to where I can get the best price) should I look to go ahead and get?

A while back I did compare the fuel systems between the 225 and the 250 and they look identical. But I don't know about the rest of the stuff, especially something like valve clearances.

I also checked Amazon and they say that the Helm Shop Manual is not available. So not sure where you will find that.

You are forgetting the anodes in the water gallery at the base of the engine block which necessitates removal of the power head, if you are changing all the anodes, see 12155-ZY3-000. These are to be done every 6 years or 1200hrs, which ever comes first.
