1.5 turns out from lightly seated should get you started. Final adjustments will be made at the lake with the motor in gear and warm. You may want to get a manual.
 
Just high enough to keep her from stalling.

So you know, that is one of the hardest motors to get a proper idle adjustment on. I use an infrared heat gun (on the plug's metal base) to get all three plugs the same temperature (about 100 ' F). That seems to work the best. I then add about a 1/4 turn OUT on both adjustments to prevent bogging.
