I’m replacing the steering Swivel Pin Steering arm and all the mounts,I removed the lower unit, I’m trying to remove the powerhead from the mid section it’s stuck it won’t budge a inch the engine hoist is lifting the boat, I been applying heat and spraying a few cans of PB for 4 days now does anyone have any tips of how to remove the powerhead without drilling holes to break the studs. my Motor is a 1998 Mercury 200hp

You might try this: Using a wide bladed screw driver, pry upward on the front two studs holding the power head on. That usually breaks loose a stubborn PH.

It could be "gasket welding" you have to slip a thin blade between the PH and exhaust adapter and wiggle it around the gap. Don't do this under strain.
