Our sponsor's listing does not show any alternatives for the NLA Elbows (816900A) for my 7.4L MIE project engines ( S/N of229...) Any suggestions???

going on memory, that looks like one of the stainless riser part numbers....there is a service bulletin listing the replacement options....nothing special about them, they reverted to the pre-stainless options.

SS NLA because of electrolysis. You will have to use iron.

Current ones seem to be ok. did not realize they were SS. What/when is electrolysis an issue? Is it a problem in fresh water cooled straight inboard applications?

FWIW, ours (SS Elbows) have been fine.....gaskets swapped a few times....
