Intermittent voltage spikes Mariner 115 -93

Hi!

I have a Mariner 115 Hk -93. This summer I noticed 2 problem. 1) DC voltage increased with increased RPM and 2) Sort and high Voltage spikes noticed on both DC (after the rectifier/regulator)
batteri
side as well as the AC stator (the 2 yellow terminals) side feeding the rectifier/regulator. The DVM showed strange jumps which was verified as voltage spikes using a oscilloskop.

1) Was solved by changing the rectifier/regulator.

2) Still remain. Have even tried to change stator but without any result. Now I'm thinking of if the Mercery Mariner Adaptor can be the faulty part?

Do anyone know if there is any filter- or voltage transient removing function in the Mercery Mariner Adaptor (834949A4)? Removing high voltage spikes being transferred from the switch box into to the stator?

I have measured the resistance though all the different terminal combination of the adaptor. 0 ohms are being measured between the blue - white/green and blue/white - green/white. All the rest of combinations shows infinit resistance.

Best regards Magnus Sweden
