2003 Johnson 115 2 stroke boging down

I have a 2003 Johnson 115 hp 2 stroke that bogs down at 4300 rpm's. Starts and runs great up to 4300 rpm's then bogs down.Reduce throttle below 4300 and it runs smooth. New to Johnson motors and to the forum, any help would be appreciated.

Have someone pump the primer bulb while under power when it boggs. If it ceases and runs fine , you have a air leak or weak VRO. Need to get a factory manual so you can understand the VRO, vapor separator and their functions.

Thanks for the reply. Recieved my service manual yesterday will read up on the vro.
 
Weather here in Missouri has been lousy so I haven't had a chance to test it out. I replaced fuel lines and cleaned and rebuilt the carburetors. Hope that cured the problem.
