'97 Evinrude 115 SPL Exhaust Block Lock washers with bent tab

Rebuilding the powerhead and can't locate replacement bent tab lock washers that go on 4 of the 6, 1/4" exhaust block bolts. Has anyone found a substitute? The Evinrude parts diagram does not show the exhaust blocks let alone the hardware.
 
So does the parts book on this site show a " filler block " kit ?----Click on that and you may see the contents of the kit with the part numbers.
 
Thanks for the reply racerone. The parts book has no breakdown of the filler block kit. I was able to find m8 tab washer at Fastenal that should work!
 
Clearly you did not read post #2-----You will see the filler block kit and part numbers in that kit !!!-----They are available.

I had read your post, but hadn't seen the technical data link where the information was located. I was able to find it, thanks for your help.
