08 honda bf50a electric trouble

2008 bf50a bazs 3700682. #32520-zw4-h11 cable assy. Ground wire burned up. What would cause this. Had carbs.-water pump-thermostat .replace. Having hard time finding parts
 
You should have a 10amp fuse on that circuit ,the blk/y wire goes through the fuse its a + line you more than likely have the wrong fuse in or a dead short some where.
