Does anyone recognize this tool?

Hello Everyone!
I bought a bunch of old Chrysler / Force partsCapture.jpg from a guy and this tool was mixed in with the parts. I was wondering if anyone might know what it is?

Maybe a wrist pin alignment tool?
Maybe shift shaft measuring tool?

I always say never get rid of or loan any tools, no matter if you don't ever use it.

I always tell people they can "borrow" if they leave a 100$ non refundable deposit.
No many ask again.
