I purchased a used mercury 4.5 outboard motor. I never tested it when i bought it. Problem is that the throttle didnt want to turn from the handle. so i reefed on it and broke a plastic piece inside the pivots the throttle linkage? So i took off the top cover and found the broken piece. I found the metal piece that slides to open the carb is not moving freely. Its really hard to move. need more info on how to fix this issue. ANy help would be great. I circled the part in green thats not moving freely
