2011 Mercruiser 3.0 MPI

I have a 2011 stingray runabout with a 2011 mercruiser model MCM 3.0 MPI. The pink wire on the Fusibles test link is blowing the 20A fuse as soon as the ignition switch is turned on. I have found that wire is going to ground with a multimeter. I have traced the wire all the way through the harness and the wire is fine. I did find that the 2 pins for the pink wire on the PCM are showing continuity to the 2 ground pins. Would this mean that the PCM has a short to ground internally? I have no spark on the engine. It turns over and everything else seems to work. The boat was running great and only has 32 hours on it. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.
